This is the painting of the workshop I did for ImagineFX. It's painted entirely with the "Pogo Sketch Stylus" on the iPad using the "Brushes" application and color corrected in "Photogene".
And here as promised the progress video.
Update: Sorry I had to take the video down for now.
Hey Goro! Great meeting you at the sketchcrawl. I am a bit confused about the imagineFX publication. In the website it seems the magazine is for sale in Europe, but then here it arrives one month late?
roke Possible cause it's a magazine from the UK. If you are subscribed, you get it right away though (even in the US). You might have to wait if you wanna buy it in a US store.
This is absolutely amazing! Any tips on how you paint in such detail? Do you zoom in or do you do something different? How many layers do you usually end up with?
I used to be a subscriber to ImagineFX in the UK, but I had to cancel it when I moved back to my home country in Asia. Ahhh, I feel so frustrated knowing I'm missing out on a great issue! You're the main reason I bought my own iPad when I saw the amazing things you can do with it :(
Hey Goro! Well, finally got my hands on the magazine! you were right, it arrives 1 month late to US. I thought there was going to be a video in the DVD... cool contribution anyways! Congrats!
I really wish I could paint like you. May I know if you could provide some training taking some time from your super busy schedule? :)
